i mean look at this sculpture of her from the louvre
My favourite out of all the Greek Goddesses - Athena! Wise, prompted heroes to take up fantastical missions, punished those who were arrogant, and she could fight! I drew her once in secondary school for an art project, I’d very much love to draw her again soon!
I had a throat infection just before I was due to go to Kitacon, and it got worse when I returned home! I didn’t attend any of the parties because I was busy making crafts to sell and knackered on the Sunday night, so I’m not sure what the heck happened for me to get more ill! After feeling like a zombie for 5 days, I’m feeling much better and back on my feet!
To everyone who started watching me on here, hello! I’ve no idea where you all came from or why you’ve decided to follow me, but I’m happy nonetheless! :D If you have questions, feel free to ask! It might not be me answering all the time though, I might cheat and get my “Convention assistants” to answer for me…you might prefer them actually! (This is all in the name of fun, I don’t take myself too seriously!) XD
I failed at putting up photos of my exploits because I’ve been too busy preparing for Dee Con, sorry! Wait, why am I saying sorry? I don’t think anyone is reading this blog…er, for those of you who will see this, I’ll have an art table this weekend at Dee Con on Saturday 7th April in The Union, Dundee, Scotland, UK. I’ll be selling my fan-art prints, hand-made fabric mochis and some hand-made pillows too. Pirate England and Link will be joining me as usual. Come to this con, there will be great artists there! And come to my table - you will receive a hug from the plush dolls if you do!
I’m going to sleep for a few hours now so I can continue with work a little later. My train leaves for Dundee in 13 hours and I’m still not ready yet…BUT I also have Saturday morning to finish some work too…I swear I’m not lazy, just artwork takes a little longer to do than expected! OK wise-guys, I’m a slow worker, happy now?
